evaluation the figure, photography
For my initial research i studied Duane Michals. i researched the work of Duane Michals by using photographs of his work for primary research and then for secondary research, the internet, as this is the best and quickest way to access information about this photographer. i chose to study Michals because because of the story line he creates using only limited amount of images. he influenced my work because i wanted to work in black and white and Duane also used this effect to his advantage, so i used a film camera to get the black and white effect. for the figure project i used a film camera and came up with the 6 images that i could create a narrative story like duane michaels. I've explained my narrative story idea on my blog and written about the results of my processed film images in my book.
